Feeders handle abrasive materials and will wear creating blow-by of air. WP manufactures a rotary feeder which can be rebuilt many times. WP has a large rotary airlock loaner and rebuild program. Feeders occasionally have steel run through them which scars up the rotor and the housing. We can loan you a feeder while we fix your damaged feeder. We have field technicians who can inspect your feeder condition on a mill down day and generate a report of its current condition and a plan of action to maintain it.
